DESIGN
We create and design your space based on an in-depth understanding of your project for both your commercial space or residential.
Being a new construction or a renovation project, we can propose the right design plan for you by deriving your dream ambiance and making it happen both in design and functionality!
- Develop budgets on all interior finishes and furnishings
- Assist in material, finish and furnishings analysis, recommendations and specifications
- Design all interior details with 2D drawings, detailing & 3d Renders
- Provide sketches and/or presentation boards of all interior selections and furnishings
- Review and coordinate furniture layouts with lighting and electrical plans
- Coordinate with Project Team (Clients Engineer & Appointed Project Manager)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
